Each year winter highlights the dreaded grip pressure issues. Golf is a game to be played with no tension in the body or the mind. The winter brings less competitive and mind tension but massively increases the body tension. We all feel under more pressure when the adverse weather hits. The hands are our only contact with the club and cold, wet, muddy to name three issues all increase the tension to hold the golf club.
When your grip pressure is too tight it kills your ability to make good consistent golf shots in length and direction. When grip pressure is too light you are likely to lose your club during the swing.
Are your grips suitable? Both of these are big problems. Thus we are offering the following:
FREE grip check and grip pressure test during November and December
Stay tension free this winter with some golf coaching and equip yourself with some of the following to increase your enjoyment: Winter gloves (Wet and cold); Hand warmers; Winter mitts; Woolly Hat; Yellow golf balls; Waterproofs; Base layers; Fleece; Umbrella and Towel .
Thank you once again for the following enquiry - When is my ball out of bounds?
The golf ball is out of bounds when it comes to rest behind any boundary on the course or any designated areas beyond white stakes within the course.
This question came about when a frequent range user hit a massive 420 yard drive with the aid of a road along side the course. A couple of massive bounces and then returned to the right hand rough. BONUS!!!!! Wish we all had such good fortune stories.
